Tommi Vincent is a chef, motivational speaker, entrepreneur, and writer best known as the matriarch of VINCENT COUNTRY and the wife of Troy Vincent, Executive Vice President of NFL Football Operations, and former All-Pro NFL cornerback. Tommi has built an exemplary family and diverse career around faith-filled leadership and community development.
With a growing passion for helping others early on, Tommi attended Temple University where she studied social work. A highlight of her academic achievement culminated when she received her degree in Culinary Arts from Stratford University under the guidance of Master Chef Edwin Scholly.
Beginning with her Nana Edie’s catering company, over 30 years ago, Tommi developed a genuine desire to use her talents to heal others. By creating thoughtful, soul-stirring recipes with love and intention she can manifest an environment that ultimately results in positive change for all those involved – her coveted VINCENT COUNTRY Retreats is a prime example.

Tommi is an in-demand chef and speaker for local and national appearances including Essence Festival, Hallmark Home & Family, Heart & Soul Magazine, The Undefeated, Savoy Magazine, and Money Making Conversations. August 2019, she launched her YouTube show STAY A WHILE, bringing the family together for good food and a good time. Committed to eradicating domestic violence through awareness, prevention, and education, Tommi sits on the Board of the National Domestic Violence Hotline. In addition, she launched Brunch and A Life Saving Conversation, a quarterly brunch series fundraiser to benefit the National Domestic Violence Hotline that takes her around the United States.

Tommi and Troy are proud parents to five amazing children, Desiré, Troy Jr., Taron, Hadassah and Tanner. She currently lives with her family in Virginia.
