Real Estate Developer and Investor, Jessica Myers is on a mission to assist working professionals to rid themselves of corporate dependence through ground floor real estate investing techniques to build a family legacy. As the Founder and CEO of ItsJessicaMyers, Myers and her company specialize in helping millennials and corporate professionals find the leader within themselves through real-estate ownership and enterprise. With 10+ years of training and industry experience, Myers has renovated over $15M in real estate assets since starting in 2015 and specializes in purchasing off-market properties and building a dedicated team to generate optimum success.
While real estate affords Myers the opportunity to build a legacy, her greatest passion is building other entrepreneurs and pushing others to achieve their highest potential. A master motivator and connector of resources, Myers shares her wealth of knowledge and expertise through her podcast “Concrete Coins,” and her course “Wholesaler to Hotel Owner” which provides low-risk, beginner real estate techniques, that lead to your wholesaling success.

As a vivacious and energetic entrepreneur, Myers understands the power of group economics and the networking to see a project through to completion. In 2018, Myers joined forces with her former college roommate, Davonne Reaves, to create something “epiq” through Epiq Collective, an investment firm specializing in hotel acquisition. The duo recently made headlines for acquiring the Home 2 Suites in El Reno, Oklahoma, a deal valued over $8M, landing them the title of the youngest black hotel owners in the industry.
Myers’ expertise is grounded with her long-standing career in media sales with CBS Corporation. Though she climbed the ladder rather quickly, landing a job in NYC at the “Nick Cannon Morning Show,” at the young age of 22, she realized she wanted to create impact and help others build their dreams. After completing an extensive real estate investors course, Myers immediately jumped in and purchased 4 homes for renovation with the help of her mentor. She learned so much through those transactions, from how to analyze the deal for maximum return, to developing strategies to work when things don’t always go as planned.
In addition to real estate, Myers serves on the board of the Vision Foundation and works closely with Aiming High, Inc, a transformational training company. She is a Georgia State University alum and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
