It was a grand weekend for IMPACT Magazine to honor some amazing black men who are making an IMPACT in their respective industries and communities! The distinguished gentlemen had a Black-Tie weekend that was exclusively fit for kings with massages from Massages by Mac and hand treatments with their coveted Suga Oil, Covered Nail Bar. The weekend ended with a Black-Tie Affair held at the Four Seasons hotel in Atlanta.

Jersey invaded Atlanta in a major way with Guest of Honor’s John E. Harmon Founder/President/CEO of the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey & Real Estate mogul Jay Morrison of the Tulsa Real Estate Fund. Honorees Tracey Syphax Author/Entrepreneur, Capital City Entertainment’s Doug Smarr, and model/actor Travis Cure.




The African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey partnered with IMPACT Magazine in bringing this 5-Star weekend to fruition. John E. Harmon says, “There was no way the African American Chamber of Commerce of New Jersey couldn’t partner with IMPACT for this grand weekend. Tunisha (Founder/Editor-In-Chief of IMPACT Magazine) has done an amazing job with her endeavors so we had to be sure to support her in her mission to celebrate some amazing men.”

The afternoon began with cocktails on the terrace of the Four Seasons, followed by a full course meal from one of the top chefs in the country! During the affair, songstress Gail Campbell of Newark, NJ serenaded the men with her rendition of Aretha Franklin’s, Natural Woman. It was an phenomenal time had by all!
