IMPACT Magazine and Ancestry Partner to Celebrate Black Women in Leadership

IMPACT Magazine has a new partnership with Ancestry, a global leader in family history and consumer genomics. This collaboration will highlight the achievements of women who are breaking barriers and leading innovation across various industries.

The partnership is being championed by two of Ancestry’s Employee Resource Groups—Black Roots and Ancestry Women in Technology. These groups are dedicated to fostering an inclusive environment and elevating diverse voices in the workplace. Their collaboration with IMPACT Magazine underscores a shared commitment to recognizing the power of diversity and inclusion.

Caitlyn Bruns of Ancestry expressed the excitement around this initiative: “Ancestry’s Employee Resource Groups, Black Roots and Ancestry Women in Technology, are excited to collaborate with IMPACT Magazine to celebrate diverse women who are transforming their industries through innovation and leadership. This partnership not only recognizes their incredible achievements but also highlights the power of diversity and inclusion in driving success. By sharing both their stories and our own journeys at Ancestry, we aim to inspire and empower women from all backgrounds to break barriers, lead boldly, and create lasting change.”

This joint effort will feature a series of stories spotlighting women who are reshaping their fields and paving the way for others to follow. Through these narratives, IMPACT Magazine and Ancestry seek to inspire future generations of women leaders while reinforcing the importance of diversity in driving growth and success.
