IMPACT Black Women: Mind, Body, Soul Summer Experience

According to The Salt Lake City Tribune, Wallethub ranked Utah as the lowest state for women’s equality! In this ranking, black women weren’t even considered.

2022 IMPACT Magazine’s mission is to not only empower black women in Utah and around the country, but to equip them with the resources to make an IMPACT in their industries, communities, and around the world through personal and professional development.

August 26-28, 2022 IMPACT Magazine will host “IMPACT Black Women: Mind, Body, Soul Experience” in Utah.

This initiative experience from IMPACT will bring women together who are seeking to enrich their lives, coupled with opportunities to pitch her business to investors to win a cash prize during the networking mixer, with an uplifting word during the brunch from the keynote speaker.

A portion of the proceeds will be give to CurlyMe! Curly Me! is a 501(c)3) resource for families with child of color, specifically black girls between the ages of 5-14 years. They hold quarterly events and mentoring opportunities to help educate, empower and encourage girls to be their best selves.

Schedule of Events:

Friday, August 26th 7pm: “The Who’s Who Networking Mixer” is where the who’s who will network with complimentary hor d’oeuvres, businesses will be able to pitch their business to win a cash prize. You must purchase a ticket to the networking mixer in order to participate. After you purchase your ticket, send an email to info@impactbrandstrategists.com to let us know your business model or if you are an aspiring business owner. Those who have been selected to present their business or aspiring business will be emailed with further instructions.

What is the dress attire?  Your most chic business attire Friday & Saturday. Sunday, brunch attire.

Will there be parking? Yes, there is free parking.

Are there any refunds for the tickets? No, not for any reason are refunds given, but you are able to transfer the ticket to another guest’s name. You will have to email, info@impactbrandstrategists.com to who the ticket will be transferred. Be sure to have the name of the ticketholder and the Order #.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? Each attendee must present an ID or their receipt from their purchase to enter the venue. Attendees must be 21 years old or older on Friday and Saturday. Sunday, you must be 6 years old and older.
